ReactionTimeArt accepts return or exchange requests on a case-by-case basis. If you need to request a return, please contact us at:

Most unused and undamaged items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

We will arrange a replacement or return depending on the situation.


Return Inspection & Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

If your original payment method cannot accept a refund, we will issue a store credit gift card.


Return Shipping Address

A return address will be provided via email after your return request is approved.
We do not offer pick-up return services; customers must ship returns using their preferred carrier and properly package items to avoid damage.
