1. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Click the link to view real-time updates as your package moves through the carrier’s network.
If you did not receive a tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at:

2. Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Because we begin processing orders quickly (usually within 24 hours), we are unable to modify, cancel, or change details once the order is placed.
Please double-check all information—shipping address, items, quantity—before checking out.
If you noticed an error, contact us immediately.
If the order has not been packed or shipped, we may be able to help.
3. How do I return an item?
If your item isn’t suitable, we accept returns for unused, undamaged items in original condition (no wear, no stains, original packaging).
To request a return, email us:

Clearance / final-sale items are non-returnable
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue:

A refund to your original payment method, or

A store credit (no expiration) if requested
4. Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different style or variant, please return your item and place a new order using your refund or store credit.
5. The item I want is out of stock — what should I do?
Popular pieces sell out quickly, but many designs are restocked.
You can click “Notify Me When Available” on the product page to receive an automatic email alert as soon as it restocks.
6. I entered the wrong shipping address. Can you change it?

If your order has not been packed or shipped, we may be able to correct the address.
If your order is already:

then we are unable to make any changes.
ReactionTimeArt is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.
7. What should I do if I receive the wrong item or a defective item?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience!
Please email us within 30 days of receiving your order.

The product name or code

Clear photos of the issue

A brief description of the problem
We will assist you with a replacement or return as quickly as possible.
8. I forgot to apply my discount code — can you still apply it?
Please email us as soon as possible with:

The discount code
If your order has not completed processing, we may be able to help adjust the discount.
Discount codes cannot be applied after the order has shipped.
9. My tracking shows “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive my package.
This may happen due to incorrect scanning or delivery to an alternate location.
Please:

Check with neighbors / building staff

Look around your property for hidden or alternative drop-off points

Contact your local post office or courier with your tracking number

Once a carrier marks a package as Delivered, ReactionTimeArt is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages.
10. How long will my order take to arrive?

US orders: 4–7 business days after dispatch

International orders: 7–25 business days depending on customs and local carriers
